The flight rates are subject to change and service subject to availability at the time of booking.
Total baggage allowance for scheduled shared charter flights for each passenger, inclusive of hand baggage, cameras, filming equipment and any other personal item including loose clothing items, is 20kgs (44lbs) per passenger in soft-sided luggage. Flights are not always direct and there may be stops en-route.
A minimum 2 guests flying on each route. A single traveller will attract an inducement seat and will have to pay for the second seat.

Kindly note rates are based on current government fees, however if these increase, we will have to send a revised invoice with this adjustment as it is beyond our control.
Guests passport needs to have at least 6 blank pages and be valid for 6 months after travel date.
Travel insurance is a requirement for all guests and must be purchased prior to travel.
Guests should consult their GP or travel clinic on the latest medical requirements for travel. Anti-malaria precautions are essential.

1 Night – Legendary Lodge | Garden Cottage

Half board includes:

Dinner, bed and breakfast, and pre-stocked soft drinks in mini bar.
Internet is complimentary.
Activities: nature walks, cycling trails, art in the garden.

Half board excludes:

House and connoisseur wines, beers, local spirits, water, juice, soft drinks, champagne, spirits charged on consumption.
Daily laundry service is charged on use.
Gratuities, spa treatments and items/expenses of a personal nature.

2 Nights – Chem Chem Lodge | Luxury Tent

Game package includes:

Breakfast lunch and dinner, house wines, beers, spirits, water & soft drinks (excludes connoisseur wine & French champagne).
Each booking receives a private guide and vehicle per day (only for Chem Chem concession and Tarangire National Park).
Morning and afternoon game drives in the Burunge WMA (Little Chem Chem concession), guided walks, evening sundowners, game drive to Tarangire National Park in private open vehicle (excludes park fees), morning sunrise hill climb, cultural visits with the Masaai (village and/or the local school).
Tracking with the Maasai and Baobab Bush Breakfast.
Arrival road transfers from Chem Chem Airstrip to Chem Chem Lodge

2 Nights – Ngorongoro Crater Lodge | Suite

Full board includes:

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, soft drinks, house wines, local brand spirits and beers, teas and coffees, refreshments on lodge activities, laundry and emergency evacuation insurance.
SWAROVSKI OPTIK binoculars at safari lodges (one pair per room to use throughout stay),
Guides’ Journal with illustrated wildlife and vegetation checklist, and an area map with illustrated Star Birds checklist.

Full board excludes:

Telephone calls, Safari shop purchases, gratuities, all items of a personal nature, champagne, cognacs, fine wines, premium brand spirits and cigars.

3 Nights – Serengeti Bushtops | Luxury Tent

Game package includes:

Breakfast, lunch, dinner
2 game drives daily or full day game drive on shared basis with packed bush lunch or bush breakfast
Transfers from Kogatende Airstrip
